Two Events

Dear Friends,

This post reveals two events that are reminders of the importance of the ongoing work of shining a bright spotlight on the darkest aspects of the Jewish past. The first is the May 16, 2011 National Tribute Dinner, honoring Elie Wiesel with the inaugural United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Award. Award winning historian Deborah E. Lipstadt will speak about her new book, The Eichmann Trial.

The second event is an exhibit that opened in Berlin this week on Eichmann’s 1961 trial.

All the best,

Harriet and Bill
