Dear Friends,

We are immensely grateful to Kenneth S. Stern of the AJC for bringing his comprehensive and thought provoking paper “Hate Matters: The Need for an Interdisciplinary Field of Hate Studies,” to our attention.

CLICK HERE to read the paper which is adapted from his keynote speech to the International Conference to Establish the Field of Hate Studies, Gonzaga university, Spokane, WA, 3/19/04. Kenneth Stern is the AJC’s expert on anti-Semitism and bigotry. He is the author of three books on human rights: A Force upon the Plain: the American Militia Movement and the Politics of Hate; Holocaust Denial; and the award-winningLoud Hawk: The United States vs. The American Indian Movement.

All the best,

Harriet and Bill
